Owner Driver Associates:

The business is growing and I am looking for professional licensed and insured owner driver operators to join the team who can continually uphold the very high standards that have led to the success of CB Executive. Because of our outstanding service we are able to pay drivers an attractive higher than average rate which you, if successful, will share. This owner/driver rate is 80% of our tariffs, plus expenses.

If you are a fully licensed, insured and plate exempt local private hire owner operator with late model executive, luxury or MPV vehicles in Milton Keynes, the surrounding areas or are based near the airports and would like to be ‘paid within hours’ of completing a job please read on. 

 

This team of drivers are rewarded for their loyalty and dedication by receiving payment within hours of me receiving their invoice, this is the commitment you can expect from CB Executive. I already employ a number of carefully selected owner drivers who enjoy this arrangement and have demonstrated their commitment to the team. It's actually a very simple and fair formula, you do a good job and you get paid a good rate promptly. 

 

New drivers will be required to possess a smart phone with the free Chauffeur Drive Systems (CDS) app that receives interactive emails and app alerts for ad hoc jobs and a WhatsApp group for communication.

1) Your name, date of birth and a recent photo. (A good close up business looking head and shoulders)

2) Nationality and languages spoken.

3) A copy of your operators license.

4) Your hometown.

5) Details of your vehicle/s and photo/s. (Car must be clean with a close 45 degree angle from the front showing the number plate......like our home page image)

6) Any extra qualifications you hold i.e. IAM advanced driving, RoSPA, GoPC or security credentials.

7) Current chauffeuring experience and your availability.

Please note: Following instructions is a vital part of a chauffeurs role so please don't mess up the 8 stages above as this is part one of our vetting process!

 

Successful applicants should be well presented with a friendly manner and have excellent literacy and numeracy skills. Those with the right credentials will be invited to a face to face meeting or Skype/FaceTime interview as the next stage. If successful you will be required to submit all your up-to-date legal documents which I am required to hold copies of by law. Once these are received and processed you will be added as a self employed sub contractor into our CDS (Chauffeur Drive Systems) cloud booking system and made available for work. Regular checks will be carried out and feedback encouraged from clients you drive to ensure our exacting standards are continually maintained.

 

Carding and approaches to other operators clients and passengers for one's own gain is a big no-no in this industry. Regular checks are made and should this be suspected a very full, thorough, fair and robust investigation will take place. If wrongdoing is found offenders will immediately be de activated from our systems and given no more work. They will also be removed from the convenient WhatsApp and any social media networking groups we control which they have previously benefited from and a frank and honest explanation will be made to the other members as to why.
